We believe in recycling

WEEE - The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive

This Directive aims to reduce the amount of Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment being produced and encourages everyone to reuse, recycle and recover it. It also aims to improve the environmental performance of businesses that manufacture, supply, use, recycle and recover electrical and electronic equipment.

An astonishing quantity of working PCs and PC bits are just thrown into landfill sites. One current estimate is that, in the UK alone, we throw away over 1,000,000 metric tonnes of EEE waste away every year. That figure is considered to be increasing at between 8 and 10% per year.

This is clearly not a sustainable or desirable situation and amounts to an incredible amount of landfill. Several Wembley stadiums full of landfill.

What we promise

Modern PCs, even those a few years 'out of date', are very powerful machines in real terms. What was 'top of the range' a few years ago is perfectly acceptable for the average user now.

The urban myth is that once a PC is a couple of years old it becomes obsolete. The truth is that it's effectively obsolete as soon as you buy it. So why not buy an off the shelf reconditioned PC or perhaps a customised PC built out of new and old parts alike?

Not only will you save money but you will also be helping the environment.

We promise to recycle 100% of the goods that we receive. That may be, and is not limited to, the construction of recycled machines and the recovery of valuable materials through our business partners.

We waste NOTHING!!! Click here to find out about collections.
